Her journey began as a teenager through Transcendental Meditation, a gift from her mother,
and grew into a lifelong practice. As a longtime TM practitioner meditation has been her anchor in the storms of life.
She has shared this quiet path with Souls from eight to ninety-five years young,
Her approach integrates ancient wisdom with practical, accessible techniques that support clarity,
resilience, healing and well-being in daily life.
Kim is an accomplished actress of tv, film and stage, writer, voice over artist,
and author of Blue Goddess Love Poems.
Meditation for Kim is the place beyond words, the still place… where the teacher within speaks.
